Maxx Contracting is seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a range of carpentry tasks, with a focus on residential projects, and will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various carpentry duties for residential renovations and construction projects.
• Build and install decks, fences, retaining walls, and other carpentry work.
• Repair and maintain existing decks and fences.
• Construct both concrete and wood retaining walls with precision and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Ensure high-quality standards and workmanship are maintained throughout the project.

Ideal Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong background in residential construction and renovations.
• Expertise in deck repairs, fence installation, and the construction of concrete and wood retaining walls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Own transportation and tools are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with other trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.) is a plus.
