Site Foreman
Job Description
The Site Foreman is the hands-on leader of work crews at K2K's project sites. The role is responsible for direct supervision of skilled trade workers — masons, bar benders, carpenters, fitters, welders — and for ensuring that crews execute work as planned, safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise crews of skilled and unskilled workers on assigned activities.
Translate the day's work plan from the Site Engineer/Supervisor into clear instructions for the team.
Ensure correct construction techniques are followed — formwork, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, finishing, fabrication, and erection.
Inspect ongoing work and immediately correct deviations.
Ensure tools, tackles, and consumables are available and used correctly.
Coordinate with the store and supervisor for material requirements.
Enforce safety practices and proper use of PPE on the workfront.
Mentor junior workers and help build the skill level of the crew.
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / equivalent technical training.
3+ years of foreman-level experience in construction; industrial construction experience preferred.
Skills
Strong technical knowledge of one or more construction trades.
Ability to read basic construction drawings.
Strong on-ground leadership and crew management skills.
Discipline, punctuality, and a strong safety mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
