Description
• Required in Night shift or taking care of patients and doing hospital work.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and lifting as necessary.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
• Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying up living spaces.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• ****** clients to appointments, outings, and social activities as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
