We are seeking experienced professionals who share our vision and values to join our team as Careers Advisers. As a Careers Adviser, you will work with a wide range of people, including those who are unemployed, economically inactive, or seeking to change their careers.

You will use your skills and expertise to help individuals identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop a plan to achieve their career goals.
You will work closely with local and national organisations, including training providers, jobcentre plus, prisons, and employers, to support your customers into education, training, and sustained employment.
