Insurance Defense Attorney Responsibilities And Qualifications

Lead depositions with skill and confidence
Draft and argue impactful dispositive motions
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials with professionalism
Conduct sharp legal research and provide clear case law analysis
Prepare standout pleadings and correspondence
