Job Summary
">
We are seeking an experienced Card Fraud/Servicing Specialist Senior to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, reviewing near/real-time fraud monitoring, and exercising judgment to prevent fraud usage. Your expertise will play a critical role in protecting our clients' financial relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities
">
• Perform real-time/near real-time card monitoring using multiple systems/applications to prevent and detect fraud usage.
• Review daily reports to identify and verify potential fraudulent activities with clients.
• Closely cards and order replacements as needed.
• Regularly communicate with external and internal clients regarding various client service-related issues.
• Support Reg. E/Credit card claim process by entering accurate claim details into the database.
• Conduct reviews on ACH origination files to detect suspicious activity and determine risk based on individual behavior.

Requirements
">
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
">
• A minimum 2 years of branch or back office banking experience.
• A minimum 1 year of general office or accounting experience.
• Effective interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of bank personnel and clients.
• The ability to trouble shoot and resolve client concerns.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
