Sleek Cars is a trusted and growing car dealership dedicated to offering top-quality vehicles and outstanding service to our customers.
We are currently seeking a motivated Car Yard Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our dealership. This is a full-time, permanent role with a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week.
As the Car Yard Manager at Sleek Cars, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the car yard, ensuring that sales and service targets are achieved while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and support a team of sales professionals, manage vehicle inventory, coordinate financial transactions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business through strategic planning and execution
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all car yard operations, ensuring optimal vehicle display, stock rotation, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to drive business growth and increase visibility.
Monitor inventory levels, vehicle procurement, and pricing to ensure the yard is well-stocked with desirable and market-ready vehicles.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals through effective coaching and leadership.
Maintain accurate records of stock, sales transactions, and financial performance for management reporting.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements, maintaining a professional and safe working environment.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales service to ensure a high standard of customer care and repeat business.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability targets are achieved.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of automotive industry trends and vehicle inventory management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure while meeting sales and operational targets.
Successful applicant must hold minimium Level 5 Qualification or three years of relevant experience
