Job Title: Car Sales Consultant
Location: Pioneer Motors Boundary, Burnaby, BC
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-time, Casual, Work from home | Commission-Based
Earning Potential: $500-$700 Minimum (commission + Bonuses)
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits.
Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly targets.
Stay organized with customer follow-ups and maintain detailed records of interactions.
Requirements
Class 5 driver license required.
VSA License required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
Excellent upselling abilities to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customers and follow-up tasks effectively.
A passion for cars and a deep understanding of automotive products is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
