Position Summary:
The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences. This role bridges front-line service and management, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to service standards, and prompt issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Operations
• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring memorable dining experiences.
• Supervise table set-up, service sequence, and clearing to maintain brand standards.
• Take and confirm guest orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth order flow and service timing.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and POS systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
