Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Income Specialist to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, specifically in securities processing and income management.

Main Responsibilities
">
">
• Monitor and pre-balance all income event notice reports for timely and accurate posting to client accounts.">
• Resolve out-of-balance issues appearing on income-related reconciliation reports.">
• Manually calculate and post income when necessary.">
• IDentify and prevent liability risks related to inaccurate balancing and posting of income.">
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, including advanced asset types like alternative assets.">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.">

Requirements
">
">
• Strong knowledge of traded security types and their impact on other aspects of security processing.">
• Ability to recognize the critical impact of accurate processing on downstream processes.">
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions.">
• Excellent customer service skills.">
• Ability to think critically and recommend process improvements.">
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.">
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.">
• 3+ years of financial services industry experience with securities knowledge required.">
