Capability & Learning Experience Consultant - 12 month fixed term contract

Public Trust is undertaking a significant transformation, uplifting our core processes and systems and ensuring we have future-ready people, who can continue to support our customers to achieve meaningful outcomes. As part of your role, you'll have the opportunity to support this transformation, setting our people up for success through well-designed and delivered learning interventions.
Drawing on your toolkit of skills and experience, you'll also be responsible for partnering with the business to translate strategic aspirations into workable solutions and then managing those projects end-to-end. Our new People Strategy provides plenty of scope to continue to support our people to build career pathways, capabilities, and have engaging onboarding experiences.

First and foremost, you'll be passionate about creating amazing people experiences. With a track record of successfully designing and delivering learning and capability initiatives, you'll know your way around an LMS and digital learning platforms. Experience in enterprise transformation and design thinking is a definite plus and being curious and proactive is a must!
