Job Posting: Identification Technician, Moncton, NB


Commissionaires NBPEI Division is looking to hire a mature and responsible team member in Moncton, NB to work in our Regional Office as an Identification Technician.


Requirements: The ability to communicate in both official languages (French/English) is essential

Hours: Full-time, 8am to 4pm Weekdays

Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits, Life Insurance and ADD plans


The Role:

The Identification Technician will be responsible to organize and coordinate bookings for Identification Services and perform CPIC, digital fingerprinting and other related identification services/ tasks in our Moncton, NB Regional Office.


Primary Responsibilities:

Point person for all identification services
Organize and schedule appointments Support clients with identification questions and needs
Perform criminal record checks, digital fingerprint and, as required, ink and roll fingerprints
Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
Reconcile daily sales and complete related reports
Perform review and analysis of ident/report as required
Coordinate with Head Office for all ident equipment

Requirements:

Previous Customer Service experience
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages is essential
Proficient in MS Office
Must be able to obtain Government of Canada Level II Security Clearance

Accuracy Attention to Detail
Initiative Process Improvement
