We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Campus & Events Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our app across colleges, events, and other strategic locations to increase brand visibility and onboard new users. If you're a people person with a passion for marketing, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote the app in college campuses, student communities, tech fests, cultural events, and local hotspots.
Organize and manage on-ground promotional activities, stalls, or info booths during events.
Build partnerships with student clubs, associations, and influencers to drive word-of-mouth marketing.
Collect feedback and insights from users during field campaigns and report back to the marketing team.
Distribute marketing materials (flyers, banners, QR codes, etc.) and encourage app downloads and registrations.
Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times.
Work closely with the digital marketing and operations teams to align offline efforts with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in campus promotions, event marketing, or field sales is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
A go-getter attitude with high energy and passion for marketing and branding.
Must be comfortable speaking in public and engaging with diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.

Pay: ₹8,135.67 - ₹72,20+.72 per month
