Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic campus recruitment plans to attract top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
Organize and coordinate on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and workshops.
Manage the end-to-end intern hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer extension.
Develop engaging content for campus outreach, including social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus programs and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new interns.
Stay updated on emerging trends in campus recruitment and talent acquisition.
Act as a brand ambassador for SmartED Innovations on university campuses.
Provide support and guidance to interns throughout their program duration.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition and relationship management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
