Call Centre CUSTOMER Executive Key Job Responsibilities of Profile :

1. Respond to customer inquiries

2. Handle and resolve customer complaints

3. Provide customers with product and service information

4. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or

service

5. Obtain customer information

6. Obtain possible customer leads

Total Experience (in years )1 to 4 years

Undergraduate Graduate

There will be rotation shift as below.

10 to 7 pm

And Saturday Sunday are working day.
