WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective borrowers from company-provided leads
- Build instant rapport and create a strong first impression for every prospect
- Ask targeted, probing questions to understand each consumer's mortgage needs
- Qualify prospects and warm-transfer or schedule them with licensed Loan Officers
- Re-engage and nurture past leads to keep the pipeline full
- Accurately enter and manage customer information in the CRM
- Hit and exceed daily call and conversion goals
BACKGROUND WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We want phone-savvy closers. The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following:
- Call center (inbound or outbound)
- Auto sales
- Phone sales / telesales
- Consumer direct sales
If you've succeeded in any high-volume, phone-based sales environment, you'll fit right in. Mortgage experience is a plus but absolutely not required — we'll teach you the business.
