Tata Steel is seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries over the phone.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Update customer information in the database accurately.
4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services offered.
5. Meet key performance indicators and targets set by the company.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
