Call Center Executive

Full Time Job opportunity with Monthly salary up to INR 25,000 in hand. - Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. - Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. - Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services. - Place new orders as when needed. - Follow call script etiquette. - Providing information on the services offered. - Escalating inquiries to respective departments or supervisor as when needed. - Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge. - Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
