We are looking for a highly motivated, team player to provide a great experience to our guests. At Great American Cookie, the Shift Leader/Cake Decorator role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. Team members gain experience that is a stepping stone to a successful future in the world of business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions.
Icing, decorating and fulfilling customer special orders for cookie cakes.
Selling products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisions.
Following Great American Cookies' guidelines for Cake Decorators
Maintaining high standards for product freshness and sanitation.
Training other associates as needed.
Assisting in other duties as assigned.
A knowledge of cake decorating is preferred. Pay depends on experience. Full and part time positions available.
