Fast paced busy cafe located in Hamilton
Looking for a Cafe Manager to organize daily cafe operations and take responsibility for the business operation.

Pay: $26 - $30 per hour

Fast paced busy cafe located in Hamilton.
We are urgently looking for a Cafe Manager to organize daily cafe operations and take responsibility for the business operation
You should be competent and be able to work in all facets of Cafe and passionate about Hospitality industry.
Our Cafe is open 7 days, we operate a rotation roster and you will need to be available to work during any of our operating hours.
Key responsibilities:
Take responsibility for the business performance and operations of the cafe.
Recruiting, training, supervising and motivating staff.
Checking stock level and ordering supplies and
Checking deliveries and stock maintenance
Maintain good customer services and respond to customer reservations and complaints.
Organizing marketing activities and promotional offers to increase sales
Planning menus in consultation with chefs
End of day closing, prepare cash drawers and banking as required.
Ensuring the cafe areas are clean and complies with council health and safety regulations
Planning and organizing special functions.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of work experience in a cafe and 2 years at management position.
High skills as Barista, Kitchen experience and Baking Skills
Professional coffee making skills (latte arts and good taste)
Availability to work on weekends, early morning and public holidays
Must have relevant relating to Business/Management
Liquor Controller Certificate (LCQ)
