At The Coffee Club, we’re all about creating feel-good moments - and that takes a team who can do it all.
We’re currently hiring multiple Café Allrounders who are keen to work across all areas of the café - from the coffee machine, to the kitchen, to delivering great service on the floor.
If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and learning new skills, we want you to be part of the club for everyone.

Want to flex across barista, kitchen and service

Who we are
Our story begins in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn't find a spot keep the conversation going - so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people's everyday moments ever since. Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world's largest Australian café chain. The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group who is a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL.
What we’re after
We’re after team members who can:
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
Confidently take orders and handle transactions
Work on (or learn) the espresso machine
Assist with food preparation and service
Maintain cleanliness, food safety and WHS standards
Support both front and back-of-house operations
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Interview Process
Interviews will be scheduled individually, with multiple sessions held across June and July. Successful applicants will be invited to attend one of these sessions.
