Cafe all rounder/Barista

We’re looking for a friendly, fast, and customer-obsessed Café All-Rounder / Barista to join our Taren Point team. You’ll be making great coffee, prepping food, serving customers, and driving sales through confident upselling—while keeping the vibe positive and the shop running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

Making espresso coffee (speed + consistency during busy periods)
Taking orders, processing payments, and delivering standout customer service
Preparing and serving simple food items and drinks
Upselling (combo suggestions, add-ons, and specials)
Keeping the café clean, stocked, and presentation-ready
Working as part of a team to hit daily goals and maintain standards

What we’re looking for

Barista experience (comfortable on an espresso machine)
Experience in customer service and a love of talking to customers
Confident communicator who enjoys upselling (without being pushy)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, friendly energy, and team-first mindset
Food handling knowledge is a bonus (or willing to learn)

Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour
