We are currently seeking Construction Real Estate Lawyers to join Axiom's network and support our highly well-known clients.


Responsibilities:

Oversee a caseload including acquisitions and dispositions, planning and development, expropriations, construction, energy, environmental issues, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and/or support due diligence efforts, including title and lease3 reviews, in connection with major transactions and cross-functional business initiatives.
Advise on complex redevelopment projects, ensuring alignment with operations requirements and strategic business goals.
Analyze and interpret contracts and relevant legislations, and prepare clear, actionable legal opinions.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and physically located in any Canadian province.
Over 8 years of experience specializing in: commercial leasing, real estate transactions, construction, planning and development, environmental, or energy law.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.

Compensation, Benefits Location:
