CAD Engineer Required Skills & Qualifications Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or similar structural detailing software. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of civil engineering design principles, materials & connections. Education: ITI certification, or diploma in civil drafting/engineering. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in calculations and drafting. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with project teams. Responsibilities : Prepare detailed, high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models. Create shop drawings, General Arrangement plans, rebar details, construction method drgs and steel fabrication/erection drawings. Modify drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, or engineering modifications Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and maintain drawing register Maintain, revise, and update detailed drawings and project records.
