URGENT Job Opening: CA Semi-Qualified / Article Assistants

Role Description
DAPM & CO is hiring CA Semi-Qualified professionals, Article Assistants, and final candidates with relevant work experience for a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi. The role involves assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting direct and indirect tax filings and compliances. Team members will also work on accounting, bookkeeping, documentation, and working papers while ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements. The position includes coordinating with clients for data collection, clarifications, and issue resolution, as well as supporting seniors in advisory, reporting, and other compliance-related assignments.
Compensation
• Article Assistant Stipend
• 1st Year: Rs. 10,000 per month
• 2nd Year: Rs. 12,000 per month
• 3rd Year: Rs. 15,000 per month
• Final Candidates with Work Experience: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in statutory audits and tax audits.
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit working papers.
• Support direct tax and GST compliance, filings, and documentation.
• Handle accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and records maintenance.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and issue resolution.
• Support seniors in advisory, reporting, and compliance-related assignments.
Qualifications
• Background in commerce or finance, such as B.Com or equivalent.
• Enrolled in or pursuing CA for article assistant roles, or CA Semi-Qualified.
• Working knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, audit procedures, income tax, and GST compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and common accounting or ERP software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• High integrity, professional ethics, time management skills, and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in a CA firm or exposure to audits and tax filings will be an added advantage.
