Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, internal controls, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and fund management.
- Implement and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
- Support cost analysis, pricing, and profitability evaluation.
- Assist management in strategic planning and financial decision-making.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and statutory accounts.
- Manage financial risks and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- CA Inter / CMA Inter
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
