CA/ CMA Faculty's

atshala is seeking a dynamic, versatile, and result-oriented faculty member with deep expertise in Accounting, Quantitative Aptitude, Current Affairs, and Legal Reasoning. The ideal candidate will teach across entrance and professional exam platforms (CA, CMA, CLAT, IPMAT), develop course material, mentor students, and help drive Patshala’s mission to deliver quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching Mentoring:

Deliver engaging and effective classroom
Accounting (CA Foundation/Inter, CMA Foundation/Inter)
Quantitative Aptitude (CLAT, IPMAT, CMA Foundation)
Current Affairs GK (CLAT, IPMAT, CMA Foundation)
Legal Reasoning (CLAT)
Adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles.
Clarify doubts and provide one-on-one mentoring when needed.
2. Content Development:

Create/update study materials, practice tests, and mock papers.
Stay updated with exam patterns and syllabus changes.
Design assessments with detailed solutions and explanations.
3. Academic Planning Delivery:

Maintain class schedules, student attendance, and performance records.
Coordinate with other faculty and the academic team for seamless delivery.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve results.
4. Training Development:

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, crash courses, and revision programs.
Stay abreast of current trends in competitive exams and integrate them into teaching.
Qualifications:
Education:

For Accounting: CA Inter/Qualified, CMA Inter/Qualified, or M.Com
For Quantitative Aptitude: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering
For Legal Reasoning: Law graduate (LLB or BA-LLB)
For Current Affairs: Bachelor’s degree with strong general awareness background
Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in any of the above domains (across online or offline platforms).
Freshers with excellent academic background and strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required:

Strong conceptual clarity in relevant subjects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts.
Good command over English and regional language (if applicable).
Proficient in digital tools for online teaching (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
