Job description
BXI Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Consultant to provide expert legal advice across a range of business matters, with a strong focus on corporate law. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of legal principles, regulatory frameworks, and strategic risk management, particularly in both technology and non-technology domains.This role demands strong legal research, contract drafting, and compliance expertise, along with the ability to deliver practical, business-aligned legal solutions.Core Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across technology and non-technology sectors- Review, draft, and structure contracts, agreements, and legal frameworks- Provide compliance guidance to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations- Identify and mitigate legal risks in business transactions and strategic initiatives- Offer strategic legal advice aligned with organizational goals- Support dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, and other non-litigation methods- Focus on advisory and strategic legal support rather than litigationAreas of Expertise:Corporate Law: Business formation, contracts, M&A, governanceTax Law: Regulatory compliance and advisoryIntellectual Property: Patents, trademarks, copyrightsReal Estate Law: Transactions, leasing, developmentHealthcare Law: Regulatory compliance and risk managementInformation Technology Law: Data privacy, cybersecurity, IT contractsOther Domains: Retail, food & kitchen, employment law, environmental law, international law (as per business needs)Technical Skills & Tools:- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); Masters degree (LLM) preferred.- Proficiency in legal research tools and software- Experience with contract and compliance management systems- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks- Membership in a recognized bar associationSoft Skills & Cultural Fit:- Excellent verbal and written communication- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- High attention to detail and organizational ability- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
