Vehicle Integration Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary

We are looking for a Vehicle Integration Engineer with strong expertise in SolidWorks and sheet metal design. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle-level integration, ensuring proper fitment and design feasibility of components.

Key Responsibilities
• Work on vehicle integration and packaging using SolidWorks
• Design and develop sheet metal components
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks
• Perform fitment checks, interference analysis, and tolerance stack-up
• Ensure design feasibility considering manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design and development
• Prepare BOM and engineering documentation
• Support prototype build and validation activities

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of sheet metal design (mandatory)
• Experience in vehicle integration / automotive domain
• Understanding of GD&T
• Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes

Preferred (Optional)
• Experience in chassis / BIW / vehicle packaging
• Prototype development exposure

Education
• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Candidate should have relevant experience in SolidWorks-based automotive design only.
