Job Title: Buy-Side Relationship Manager
Location: Mumbai

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to transition from a more narrowly focused role into a position that will give you broad buy-side client exposure, product knowledge across markets and an instrumental role in marketing and client value proposition management. The ideal candidate is self-driven with a strong sense of autonomy, passionate about developing relationships and uncovering insights in the finance industry with respect to the buy-side firms and able to run an effective marketing campaign.
You will have the ability to:
Help prepare marketing campaigns and buy-side client outreach for various Coalition Greenwich studies and surveys
Contribute to buy-side client value proposition creation through ideas based on direct buy-side client feedback and/or based on available Coalition Greenwich data and analytics
Work both autonomously and as part of a larger team and various Coalition Greenwich departments, in India and internationally
Own project management from inception to delivery, mapping out and managing the deliverables through the project lifespan, collaborating with colleagues to achieve desired outcomes, and ensuring effective use of Coalition Greenwich internal resources.
Over time, step into a client-facing role with a focus on APAC based clients
Qualification and experience
Bachelor’s degree required, post-graduate degree from a top business school preferred.
3-8 years of experience in financial services consulting, sales and trading, or corporate banking
Very good analytical skills, ability to use data and create content and presentations for the buy-side
Creative with ability to design and manage basic marketing initiatives and analysis / content distribution
Excellent communications skills and the ability and willingness to present analysis to senior client stakeholders in an engaging manner
Analytical mindset and ability work with large datasets to derive compelling insights to support client business strategy
Robust project management skills demonstrated by track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects and coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders.
Strong degree of independence, drive, and self-motivation
A proven ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of planning own workload
Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to easily build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Genuine interest in and passion for the financial services sector, along with a desire to further develop your knowledge and understanding of the sector
