Designation: Tele caller (Hair Transplant)
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Assure clinic)
Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
Weekly off: 6 days working and flexible offs between (Monday to Thursday)

This is a dynamic, target-driven sales role offering a performance-based incentive structure. As a key member of our client engagement team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals seeking solutions for hair-related concerns and guiding them toward expert consultation and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, leveraging leads generated from social media campaigns and other digital channels.
Engage in thoughtful conversations to understand each client's specific hair-related concerns, including the duration and onset of their issues.
Accurately capture client details and insights into our CRM system, ensuring seamless scheduling of complimentary consultations.
Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities and build trust with potential clients.
Confidently address queries or concerns, and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.
Consistently strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
