We are currently looking for a Finished Painter for one of our clients in North York, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible not just for painting and finishing, but also for organizing, wrapping parts, and preparing items for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform finishing and painting of wood or cabinetry parts to high standards
Ensure all parts are properly wrapped and protected for delivery
Organize and stage finished parts for assembly or shipment
Inspect parts for quality, finish consistency, and touch-up where needed
Maintain cleanliness and order in the finishing area
Follow safety procedures and handle materials responsibly
Support general shop operations when needed
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of finishing/painting techniques
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Willing to take direction and work collaboratively
Physically capable of handling and moving large parts
What We Offer:

$18/hour starting pay
Guaranteed raise to $20/hour after 3 months
Further raises based on performance and reliability
Stable, supportive work environment
Opportunity to grow in a skilled trade
