Job Description
ICG Analytics: Business Management Team, Mumbai
Business Management team is primarily involved in assisting Business Managers with –
Perform analysis to help the Business Manager and Senior Management Team to plan and strategize effectively
Responsible for running and analyzing internal business metrics data (client revenue, returns, backlog management etc.) and wallet analysis
Client Coverage / Attribute changes with CIS and Toolbox team
Role Outline/Job Summary
Support the Business Manager in the day-to-day running of respective franchise units with a focus on conducting analysis and research which will support strategic decisions made by management
Communication with Bankers, Business Managers, Product Teams and respective Finance teams on day-to-day basis
Conducting revenue analysis – including investigations in case of missing or incorrect booking of revenues, and working with Finance and Product Partners to ensure correct bookings
Real time update of the deals booked in Deal Management Systems (DMS), ensuring timely changes made in terms of revenues (Citi Economics), Status, Business Units, Closing Dates etc based on the reverts from several regional teams
Analysis around wallet data and reconciling the wallet credit against the revenues booked internally. Initiating wallet challenges as necessary
Preparing reports and presentations on franchise performance for senior management, focusing on episodic revenues both booked + backlog covering different timelines, regions & products
Running different permutations and combinations of DMS data and transforming the same into meaningful message (via email summary, ppt slides, etc)

Interact and work with Business Managers / Senior bankers running the Franchise
Analyzing internal financial metrics data / wallet analysis
Prepare presentations
Understanding the business / franchise supported
Key Deliverables / Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Preparing performance-based reports and presentations for franchise management to be delivered to senior management and business managers
Radar (DMS) backlog updates & additions
Client Coverage / Attribute changes with CIS / Toolbox team

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong team player skills

Expertise in VBA Macros, Tableau, SQL, Advance Excel
