Job Purpose

“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Develop and implement business plan for rural consumer by defining business targets, driving geographical expansion in new rural locations and provide guidance to sales team for driving sales of Rural Salaried and Rural Professional loan to ensure achievement of defined business targets.; Create and manage controllership and governance frameworks for ensuring management of business risk and maintenance of portfolio quality

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Business planning and management  Identify key strategic themes and develop business plans for salaried and Professional loan business in consultation with GBH-Rural Lending and participate in defining financial targets/ metrics for the business  Define monthly business targets (revenue IRR etc.) for locations products and provide required support to team in terms of action planning and approach for achieving defined targets  Manage cascading down of targets till last line in team (location and product wise) and ensure team delivers superior results  Build and manage business enablers in terms of processes and systems required to support team in delivering business responsibilities  Ensure business plans/ AOP is reviewed and updated in a timely manner to ensure alignment with defined strategy and targets for rural business  Participate in capability building sessions with GBH and counterparts to identify opportunities for developing business capabilities through technology adoption process improvements etc. 2. Operational and business review  Analyze trends in ratios/ key business metrics and conduct modelling of past performance and forecast projections of business (topline/ bottom line/ key ratios)  Conduct monthly review of income and expenses under the P
