Job Description of “Business Growth Manager (V2)” ( Resident at North India) 1. Job Title: Business Growth Manager (V2) 2. Job Summary: As a Business Growth Manager, you will focus on increasing the company's Dealer Network and revenue of the Company in the lubricant industry. You will develop strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with Dealers. 3. Key Responsibilities: • Strategy Development: Create and implement plans to grow the business and increase market share. • Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. • Sales Growth: Work with the sales team to develop strategies to boost sales. • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. • New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and products. • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on business growth activities and results to the Management. • Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure growth strategies are aligned with company goals. 4. Qualifications & SKills: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Master’s Degree in Management • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the lubricant industry. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to develop and implement strategies. Knowledge of the lubricant market and industry trends. • Specific Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in computer software (CRM, Google Office, Social Media, etc.), ability to learn and implement company-provided training in the field. 5. Reporting Structure: You will report to Senior Officer, as determined by the company. 6. Location and Schedule: This is a full-time position based in North India with approximately 15 to 20 days of travel to your assigned territory. The company does not allow part-time employment or concurrent academic pursuits with this role. • 7.
