Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth HR (HRBP) at Mindtel Global. The role involves tasks such as business planning, communication, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive growth and development within the organization.

Qualifications
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, trends, and metrics to drive business decisions
• Business Planning: Experience in strategic planning and execution to support business growth
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders
• Customer Service: Understanding of delivering excellent customer service and stakeholder management
• Experience in HR functions and talent management
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
