Job description:
· Consult with clients or senior management to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
· Establish clear timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, breaking down each stage into actionable steps with measurable outcomes.
· Select, assemble, and lead a project team, delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth delivery.
· Monitor project progress at every stage, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and forecasting to support decision-making.
· Implement cost-control measures and efficiency improvements where necessary.
· Prepare and present detailed progress reports to clients and senior stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
· Ensure all financial processes comply with UK accounting standards and regulations.
· Identify opportunities for business growth, contributing to proposals and client acquisition strategies.
Experience required:
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
· Have experience in financial project management, accounting, or business consultancy.
· Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
· Strong negotiation skills with experience liaising with contractors/suppliers.
· Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel.
· Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
