Job Description
Atlas is seeking a Business Development Representative to work in our Outpatient Mental /Behavioral health and Medical practice . Atlas provides treatment for those suffering from addiction.
We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and help drive admissions growth across the entire Phoenix area which includes all counties. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with behavioral health outreach experience who is motivated by impact, accountability, and purpose.
• Mission-Driven Growth: Play a critical role in connecting individuals and families to high-quality mental health treatment services.
• Relationship-Focused Work: Build trusted partnerships with clinicians, hospitals, jails and prisons.
• Work closely with leadership, provider teams and admissions teams.
• Professional Visibility: Represent Atlas at conferences, networking events, and industry engagements.
