Business Development Manager - Hotels & Resorts Acquisition.

Requirements:

Own 2/4 wheeler with a valid license.
Willingness to travel within Pune and Maharashtra.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing.
Positive, presentable, and target-oriented with strong convincing abilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for hotel/resort acquisitions.
Conduct daily visits to hotels, resorts, and farmhouses.
Generate leads through social media and expand market opportunities.
Collaborate with the Revenue Manager for rate negotiations.
Build lasting relationships with property owners and ensure a top customer experience.
