Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (US Staffing) with 1–3 years of proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management in the North American (US) staffing market. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of both IT and Non-IT recruitment domains.
This role demands proactive outreach, strategic client engagement, and the ability to work closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful fulfillment of hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market (IT Non-IT sectors).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS partners.
Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms to pitch staffing solutions.
Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely and quality submissions.
Manage end-to-end business development cycle: lead generation, client meetings, RFPs, negotiations, and account management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and expansion of current accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast hiring needs and align business strategy accordingly.
Keep up with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Skills Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in US staffing business development (IT Non-IT hiring).
Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients in the US/North American market.
Strong understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and hiring practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients.
Experience working with ATS/CRM tools, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and professional platforms like LinkedIn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
High level of professionalism, business acumen, and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Existing client network or relationships in the US staffing industry is a strong plus.
