First Aid Business Development Support Coordinator
Fixed Term until June 2026
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the role – Kōrero mō te tūranga
This is a newly created role that will see you supporting the National Manager Business Development and Director with admin, analysis, and reporting, while playing a key role in driving a multi-year business plan for the First Aid Directorate. You'll help keep projects on track and ensure smooth coordination across training, customer support, and product teams to deliver on strategic goals.
This role will also provide administration and analytical support to the sales team, to enable them to focus on customer-facing activities aimed at driving business growth.
This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2026.
In this role you will:
Analyse data, identify trends, and contribute to planning and tracking key actions for long-term strategy.
Manage tenders, customer agreements, and generate qualified leads through research and analysis.
Maintain accurate sales and performance data, track KPIs, and monitor market and competitor trends.
Set up and maintain client accounts and portals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Manage customer databases, introduce eDM campaigns, and ensure privacy compliance.
Create and manage sales collateral, templates, and promotional materials in line with compliance and brand standards.
Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to align strategic activities and support business growth

We encourage you to apply for this role if you have (at least some of) these competencies:
5+ years’ experience in sales and marketing support, ideally within professional services, education, or product-based sectors.
Tertiary qualification in business or marketing (Level 5/6 certificate or higher).
Strong data and reporting skills, with experience managing dashboards and interpreting sales metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 CRM and has confidence using data with clear communication.
Proficient in using PowerBI would be ideal
Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative, able to prioritise, multitask, and work accurately at pace.
