About You

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. You will collaborate closely with marketing, revenue operations, and sales to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. You'll be a key player in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do:


Prospect, qualify, and generate leads to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives
Collaborate with marketing and sales to build and execute targeted campaigns
Build and maintain a schedule of relevant events to develop campaigns around
Conduct outbound prospecting via a multi-channel approach including emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls
Identify and map target accounts. Partner with revenue operations to build targeted lists
Maintain detailed notes on all conversations with prospects, ensuring seamless handoffs to AEs
Become proficient at cold calling and engage prospects with confidence and clarity
Work toward team goals and revenue targets by delivering consistently high-quality opportunities
Requirements:


2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar customer-facing roles (preferably in B2B SaaS).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and ask insightful questions
High level of organization and attention to detail for managing prospect data and maintaining CRM systems
Ability to take initiative, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting
A natural curiosity to learn about our product, market, and customers, and use this knowledge to deliver value
