Job Description
Hiring: Business Development Representative (Remote U.S. & U.K. Shifts)
Experience: Fresher to 1 year (with AI exposure)
Shifts:
π U.S. Shift β 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
π¬π§ U.K. Shift β 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Work Mode: Remote 5 Days/Week
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ 0β1 year experience in digital marketing or CRM-based roles
β’ Familiarity with AI tools for sales outreach
β’ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and current B2B sales trends
β’ Exposure to outbound lead generation, bench sales, or agency experience preferred
β’ Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
β’ MBA in Marketing or IT preferred
β’ Certifications in AI, Digital Marketing, or CRM tools are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Generate 8β10 qualified leads (booked meetings) per month
β’ Send 30β40 personalized emails/LinkedIn messages daily
β’ Make 30β40 cold calls per day to qualify prospects
β’ Identify and connect with key decision-makers
Salary: Up to βΉ4.5 LPA + allowances + incentives
