We are seeking a highly motivated, high-energy, results-driven Sr. Business Development Manager, New business generation, and business development, in Staffing, Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
Responsibilities:-
· Proven record of business development, Lead generation in the US.
· While the focus is on business growth, Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations
· A network of clients that can be converted to business.
· Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through networking.
· Highly resourceful, who can work with minimal guidance and supervision
· Highly confident to generate business in US territory
· Highly energetic, self-starter fast mover
· Ability to drive results with a sense of urgency.
· Develop sound financial strategies in order to win the business- understand competitive market.
· Determining the potential business opportunities. Should be able to identify opportunities from scratch, build business and revenue pipeline
· Developing a good relationship with customers and partners.
· Implementing new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Grow strong knowledge of IT Staffing and Recruitment industry and trends.
Actively get involved in account management and general staffing and recruitment activities to manage overall delivery to the client.
Qualifications
Must have minimum 0-2 years of working experience in US staffing as BDM(Tier 1).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
