B2C Intern – Business Development
Company: EaseToLearn (EdTech)
Location: Janakpuri West, Delhi | On-site
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: Up to ₹7,000 per month
Opportunity: PPO based on performance

This is a B2C Sales & Business Development internship. The role involves speaking with students and parents, explaining our learning solutions, conducting follow-ups, handling objections and working towards conversions.

What You'll Do
Interact with students and parents to understand their requirements and present suitable learning solutions.
Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
Build relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
Handle customer queries and basic objections.
Recommend suitable learning plans based on customer requirements.
Work towards assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
Interested in Sales, Business Development and Customer Acquisition.
Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and customer conversations.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Previous sales, telecalling, marketing or internship experience is an advantage.
Minimum commitment of 3 months is mandatory.
