Learn2Read is an EdTech startup in the online education delivery space which has grown multifold in the last few years. We are looking to redefine the traditional methods of education in India. We are a super charged team of 100+ professionals who are passionate about early education and focused at building a strong foundation for young kids with the help of our teaching programs. We strive to take the kids away from the rote learning method of education to meaningful learning, the type of learning that stays with the student for life.

# The Role
We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Sales team at Learn2Read. If you're someone who thrives on challenges, doesn't take "no" for an answer, and is driven by results and customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you. Some of the responsibilities include:-

1. Understand and communicate Learn2Read's teaching modules effectively.
2. Reach out to potential leads and schedule demo classes.
3. Conduct follow-up calls post-demo to gather feedback and drive conversions.
4. Coordinate class scheduling by assigning students to appropriate batches and teachers.

* This is a full-time role so, you will have to come to the office for work 10AM -7 PM, Monday to Saturday

#Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in Inside Sales (preferably in the EdTech sector) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
Must have a strong sales orientation and willingness to meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
