Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, Upwork, Freelancer, networking, and other channels.
• Identify potential business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service recommendations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with SEO, PPC, web development, and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
