Business Development Executive (BDE) – International IT SalesAbout the Role

Itriger Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced, motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing international sales team.

We are hiring professionals with experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and International Client Acquisition for the USA and Australian markets.

If you have strong communication skills, practical experience in generating qualified leads, and the ability to build relationships with international clients, we would like to hear from you.

Available Shifts:

🇺🇸 USA Market – Night Shift

🇦🇺 Australian Market – Morning Shift

Salary: Based on experience, skills, and interview performance

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.

• Research and connect with potential clients from the USA, Australia, and other international markets.

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales channels.

• Communicate directly with international prospects and understand their business and technical requirements.

• Present the company’s IT services and solutions to potential clients.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain professional client relationships.

• Coordinate with the technical and development teams to understand project requirements and prepare appropriate solutions.

• Handle client communication throughout the sales process.

• Negotiate with potential clients and contribute to closing business deals.

• Maintain and manage the complete sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly lead generation, sales, and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.

• Previous experience in IT Sales, Software Services Sales, or International Business Development is preferred.

• Experience working with USA, Australian, UK, Canadian, or other international markets.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Practical experience with lead generation and prospecting.

• Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, cold calling, email outreach, or other sales platforms.

• Good understanding of the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closing.

• Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.

• Basic understanding of IT services such as website development, mobile app development, custom software development, eCommerce solutions, UI/UX design, digital marketing, cloud services, and dedicated development teams.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
