Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Guide students to make informed career and course choices.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 6-day working.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
