We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the travel industry and a strong understanding of customer handling and business growth strategies. --- Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents - Generate new business opportunities and expand the client base - Understand customer needs and provide suitable travel solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Achieve sales and business development targets --- Requirements: - 2–3 years of experience (Travel industry experience preferred) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships - Basic knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and booking processes - Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset --- What We Offer: - Competitive salary + incentives on every sale - Growth opportunities in the travel industry - Supportive and fast-growing work environment
